Here's the scoop:
- Refundable Pet Deposit: Just $300 per household
- Monthly Pet Rent: Only $35 (or 1.5% of your base rent, whichever is higher) per household
- Weight Limit: Up to 50 pounds
To make sure everyone is happy and healthy, we ask for current vaccination records and a photo of your pet(s) before you move in. And don’t worry—we also warmly welcome service animals!

Please note that we do have some breed restrictions, so feel free to reach out to our leasing office for more details. We can’t wait to meet you and your furry companions!
