Quail Cove IN Colorado Springs FAQ

Can I bring my pet(s)?

Yes! You may have up to two animals in your home. Dogs must be less than 50 lbs, and non aggressive breeds only. 
We have a $300.00 deposit, and charge $35.00/month - this is a flat fee for both 1 or 2 animals. We require current vaccination records, as well as a photo of your pet(s) prior to moving in. We also welcome service animals!

Is Quail Cove a smoke free community?

Yes, our community is smoke free!

What is the neighborhood like?

We are located right on Quail Lake, so we have direct access to walking trails, fishing, and beautiful views. We are also less than 5 minutes from i25, and the Broadmoor Town Center (major restaurants, banks, Target, a movie theater, and more!)

Is there a military discount?

We will waive your $200 admin fee if you are active military!

What do I need to qualify?

Your household must make 2.0x the base rent. We go off your gross monthly income! We can use your two most recent paystubs, six months of bank statements, a recent W2, or your LES. 

We also screen credit, and criminal backround - there are no specific credit requirements. 
*Evictions will be considered with an additional fee prior to moving in*
