I resided in these top notch apartments for about a year and 7 months; unfortunately, circumstances arose that required me to vacate in a rapid manner. Fortunately, I managed to get all my belongings out except my sectional couch, which was a problem because if I couldn't get it by Monday, it was supposed to be junked. That's where Quail Cove's incredible Manager, Lydia Mehl came in. I finally found FasTrac Moving who offered to pull out my couch from my former 2nd floor apartment for $150, but feared I was too late; however, Lydia being so empathetic allowed me another day to get the couch withdrawn. We coordinated a time and the entire process went beautifully! This property offers so many positive things: the mile walk around the lake, washer and dryer in unit, great location, but what really stood out was the professional yet compassionate leadership of Lydia Mehl. Most people aren't so understanding, but if you rent here, that's not something you'll ever have to worry about.

The personal working there very respectful and very nice to talk to. The maintenance and ground personnel are always working and I can say that because I retired and I go out early and return maybe five hours later. I will say they are working around the clock on stuff from the same people over and over again. I always say Good Morning to them, I think they are Cool. Oh also I think the personal in office are too

I would definitely recommend Quail Cove Apartments to anyone especially people who are moving into an apartment for the first time. The staff here are phenomenal, they break the whole process down for you and help you through all of it. They are very pleasant and helpful people. The apartment itself is beautiful, the windows are huge so you get a lot of natural lighting. Also there is a lake a short walk away from the apartments that is gorgeous and the fishing has been great. There’s a trail that circles the whole lake. My partner and I have been enjoy afternoon rucks around the lake.

UPDATE: Our family has had an exciting year with many changes, and we would like to add that we appreciate how friendly and helpful the office staff has been to accommodate us through those changes. In particular we would like to thank Dyamon for all of her help. She is so kind and friendly and has made every interaction a pleasure. Overall we're pretty happy here, when we moved in initially the apartment was not as... functional... as we expected, (a lot of broken things, absolutely FILTHY- my vacuum actually gave up and I had to buy a new one) but the layout is good and the location is terrific I was a little disappointed when we moved in (2021) how the hot tub/sauna were closed due to COVID and we never got to enjoy them, but we did make use of the pool a lot over the summer until the maintenance of it really went downhill (we kept finding tiny little pieces of metal from the pool brush all over the pool area which made for some *horrifying* splinters), and by the end of the summer the water was NOT clean We are really looking forward to the fitness room opening soon!! (School's gonna be out and I won't have a chance any more!) And wondering- will there still be a hot tub? We are also hoping to see the grills maintained because we'd love to use them, I think we only grilled once last year because it was just not very nice. Which is too bad because that pool/grill area is just lovely, so aesthetic, but not maintained well either by management (pool) or the community (grills). But the short answer is... yes and no. We knew we were moving into an older apartment so we didn't expect it to be shiny and new (and ours is one of the ones that hasn't been renovated and I am FINE with that, farmhouse grey is not my aesthetic anyway) but we did expect drawers to work, the doors to open and close, and a certain basic cleanliness on move-in. Overall we are pretty happy because we love being on the lake and the living room has a nice layout and I love gardening on the balcony

Excellent management team. Fantastic maintenance team. Property is beautiful. They were unique in that they helped me with a severe emergency, and they went out of their way to help me. Honestly, I did NOT want to move, but I had to due to unforeseen events. This is the best complex I have lived in in Colorado Springs.

Great Job by this one great woman that works in the office. Yadira, i think was her name. I went looking for a place and she was able to provide great information about why I should move to Quail Cove. She truly took her time and made me feel real comfortable during this stressful time of moving and finding a new place that fits all my needs. I ultimately had to choose a different place, but I will recommend all my friends and family to Quail Cove because of Yadira. Thank you once again for making me feel conformable during my search.
